A stunning vintage cameo brooch which is in a silver tone metal and measures a good size of 5.5 cm by 4 cm wide. The cameo within is just wonderfully and intricately carved from real shell, the lady is in gorgeous detail with curling hair and even her jewellery carefully carved. If you hold it up to the light the Amber colours really show up in the background of the carving. The border is so pretty too, with a little scalloped edge like a ribbon tied in a bow to the bottom and all set with sparkling marcasite crystals that are all present. The brooch has a good rollover clasp and also a safety chain attached. It\'s a stunning vintage cameo brooch in excellent condition.
