Vintage JIFFY TROLLING PLATE This is a plate you attach to your smaller vintage outboard boat motors to slow your speed down. New Old Stock. Complete with the paper instructions. There is a small water mark on the box and also a small area on the plate that has some light surface rust from getting wet. Easy to rub out the rust. Easy installation as the bracket attaches to the propeller bolt and the plate clips right on to it. Dont know alot about this vintage boat accessory but I did find an ad for it in a 1945 issue of Popular Science. Great price here for you. THANKS!
