Thissale is for 8 vintage transferware dinner plates in the Victorian shape andstyle made in England by Johnson Brothers. They feature a wide maroon interiorband, a bouquet of flowers in the center, gold scrolling on the verge and a scallopedrim accented with gold.

Theymeasure 10-3/4” in diameter and are in good condition. There is fine crazing onall of the plates but there are no chips or cracks or loss of gold. I have included photos of the center of all 8 so you can see the degree of crazing.

ThisJohnson Brothers mark was first introduced in 1913. My research points to theseplates dating from the 1930s.

Ihave a lot of experience shipping china and take great care packing. I use bunchesof bubble wrap, biodegradable peanuts and very sturdy boxes.Please checkmy response.
