You are looking at a Jules Jurgensen Rare Solid 14K Gold Mid Size Swiss Dress Watch For Men. This is stamped on the back and comes with 3 different watch bands. I am not sure which, if any are original....although the expandable gold one appears to match the gold border around the face of the watch.

My father stored this in a felt wrap and was impeccable with his wearing and handling of it. It is stunning and in amazing vintage/antique condition.
