This is a very unique knife. It is a riggers pocket knife with one blade and another locking fold out blade that is more like an awl or punch tool. I am not a rigger so I don\'t know exactly what or how it is used for. This is a pretty old one and when you pull out the bunch on the one side it locks in place. The release is a spring loaded mechanism that is on the ring where you might attach it to your belt with a clip. You put backwards pressure on the ring and it releases the lock on the punch. These are hard to find and popular so I hope you win it. Happy offerding
