You are offerding on a Vintage Kurt Jr. by Tom Hann Black Hat with Black and White plastic Flower Accents in a Belk Department Store hat box. It appears to be in great condition considering the age. It is size 20. The hat measures 12 1/2 inches round and 6 inches tall. See pictures.

The hat has been stored in a Belk Department Store hat box in a smoke free climate controlled area. The box has some wear on top and around the edges.
