2 Very Tall Vintage Clown Statues. They were made by the Universal Statuary Corp. in Chicago, Il. They are both signed and dated. . One is dated 1960, the other I cannot tell if it is 1966 or what date, maybe someone with a stronger pair of glasses. They also have a number on them which I cannot read, I am assuming for the amount of clowns statues constructed. They are 2 rare and unique clowns in good condition, considering there age. I do not know if these two were made to be a pair, they match very good together. One is barefoot, one has shoes, one is holding a puppy, one is wagging his finger. They are bright and colorful with yellows and greens. I think they would make great decor for a larger room, or sunroom. One of the clowns has a few chips in back of his top, it could easily be fixed with a little dab of paint. I am leaving there clown patina just the way it is, the new owner can change it if they want to. With there age they are a real bit of history. Each clown weights about 12pds, I will ship the most economical way. I will aslo have these items insured. Will be shipped in each individual box.
