This boat is 100% original with originalpaint. There is a tremendous amount of detail throughout the piece fromthe propellersall the way down to the cleats on the deck. Overallit’s in good condition for its age especially considering that these boats areand where consideredfragile. Made in Philadelphia, PA

It’s myunderstanding that this boat was modeled after a famous boat called theSerenity. It was built in 1941 by theElectric Launch Company (Elco) in their shipyard located on Newark Bay inBayonne, New Jersey . From my understanding,only 7 were built of the real life sizes boat. Have a look at this link as it explain the history ofthe real boat this was modeled after.

There are some scratches, dent andchips on the whole piece however, this is very common for a piece of the sizeand age. See some descriptions below..

Picture #6 shows a small break by thepassenger window.

Pic #9 theres a little break in thehull but doesn\'t effect it displaying.

Pic # 5 there a crack along the top ofthe roof.

Pic #8 onepropeller is a littleloose.

The deck it self is missing a few lightsand cleats.
