Sonora Model WJU - 253 , I believe was manufactured around 1949. I was able to tune it to a couple of channels, but they came in weak. The case is in nice original condition. There is a 1 1/2 inch crack in one of the corners starting from the back( it\'s hardly noticeable). The tuning knob also has a crack, but not all the way through, so it is usable. I am not a radio collector but I believe this radio stands up so the knobs are on top. Unit would clean up very well.
