I think these were my grandmothers - 9 \" long with 3\' oblong handle with 2\" round handle for thumb. Seems to work both left and right handed. Model L 40 made in USA. Patents 1959/90 and 1965443. See photos to find the impressions. Le Bec. Not sure how sharp they are or what they are made of. Light weight so maybe aluminum?
