We also have the Drop Pulley Hook on another sale so if you need that please offer to win that they are both marked 17 and we will do the best we can to save on shipping although it is heavy so shipping will be higher. It has a lot of rust but all wheels move and is an awesome barn decoration or for steam punk re-purposing, would be great in a beam loft or lamp etc. There is a couple chipped edges on the roller and inside some metal around screws are chipped other than that it is being sold as is. It has some numbers and patent marks but hard to read. It has been recently oiled so some of the pictures show a red reflection since it is a bitshinybut there is no red on it. It is about 15 inches wide, about 13 inches tall and about 4 1/2 inches deep.
