Damages: When you receive your items please inspect them carefully. Normal wear and tear on the outer packaging is not a concern. However, if you discover that an item inside was damaged in transit please contact us immediately through my mail system. In order to investigate and file an insurance claim we will require that you retain the original packaging material in its entirety including outer packaging, boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, air pillows, packing peanuts and the damaged item.
