A nice find. Estate sale collection. This is a set of 10 pencil toppers as i see them. I think they are all characters from Dr. Slump Arale is what I can find. they are a soft rubber. Would fit on the end of a pencil. Not sure if they erase do not look like they have ever been used if so. They stand 2” tall at the tallest and some a bit shorter. Strange looking faces but the one for sure has the ARALE hat on.
