Not real familiar with Dollhouse stuff so unsure of scale.

The chair measures approx 2 and 7/8\" High from floor to top of back. Approx 1.25\" from floor to seat cushion. Approx 3\" W across whole bottom front of chair.

Dresses are approx 2.25\" Long from top to bottom with the exception of he white one, it is longer at 2 and 7/8\"

Hopefully those couple measurements will help you get an idea.

This is some cute stuff! Somebody put some time and thought in to these years ago. I tried to show you different angles of things to get an idea of what it is made from and how. For example, chair and ottoman are pipe cleaner and foam but feel well assembled!

The clothes are not wearable, just for show in the closet!

If for a child be careful as there are some straight pins in this set. For example holding the doilies on the chair and ottoman, as well as the \"knitting needles\".

This set does have flaws...it is homemade...for example some torn paper on books...fancier white dress could use some more glue on some of its trim.

Not perfect! But very cute!
