Very nice! For sale today we have one vintage Lyon & Healy brass cornet in the case. This instrument does not appear to have been used much at all. Please bear with my description as I am just a piano player, and not familiar with this instrument… The \"keys\" appear to be topped in mother of pearl. Two of the three move very freely; one is a little snug. The bell of the instrument has a shallow crease, as I tried to sufficiently photograph. Please see all pictures for great detail. I believe this is a cornet, and not actually a trumpet. The instrument is stamped with the serial number; 16100. The case itself is lined with an orange velvety material. The outside of the case is in good\\fair condition for its age… The locks still work, the handle is hinged well and there\'s actually a key for the small exterior locks.
