This listing is for the Paradise Estate from G-1. It is in good condition and comes with many all of the original accessories! This one is listing # 2, I have a more mint condition Estate also available in my store.

Everything has been cleaned and is ready for display!

This estate comes with everything pictured- EXCEPT the duck pull toy- a xylophone will be coming in place of the duck pull toy.

I am also just going to list what IS missing, since nearly everything is there:

Missing the tiny fork, knife, spoon & both cups.

Missing one of the milk cartons and one of the soda bottles.

Missing the perfume bottle & combs.

Missing both of the white hearts for the pool awning.

Also everything is in good/ very good condition. No broken pieces, no cracks.

The roofs all have an orange discoloration in some areas.

The discoloration is not terrible, but it is noticeable.

This set will come to you taken apart, in order to get it to fit into the box. The roofs will be popped off of the bases. If you have questions about assembly once you receive this item, please message me and I\'ll be glad to walk you through everything.

All of my ponies & accessories are cleaned, conditioned and dried thoroughly. In most cases generation 1 MLP\'s are at or are approaching the 30 yr mark. So, they are rarely if ever what I would call truly \"mint.\" They were toys to all of us at one time or another! I do my BEST to describe flaws and I take many pictures. I want you to know what you are getting and have no intention to misrepresent- that only creates a hassle for both of us later :)

All of my items come from our smoke free/ cat free home. We do have a small dog that does not shed much. All of my items for sale are stored in a dry, clean Environment.
