His bottom is indented to sit on a bicycle. We can not find a makers mark. The inside stamped numbers are either 830 or 831 inside a rectangle box if that helps. 38 stamped on head. His face is similar to Decter and some Almax, but we don\'t know for certain. Looks good when used with Adel Rootstein Mannequins. Great muscle tone. He can also use a foot spike base but it\'s not included. Currently painted light brown with scratches and wear. The left thumb has been reglued it looks like. Only the parts shown are included.
