This watch is in good aesthetic condition and TICKS AWAY FOR A FEW SECONDS BUT THEN STOPS SO SELLING AS REPAIRS. DEFINITELY NEEDS A LITTLE WORK. Even when described as working, all mechanical timepieces require regular servicing to ensure long term working so please bear in mind when offerding that no guarantee can be made on watches. They can simply be described as ticking or not ticking at present. We would always recommend a service after purchasing any mechanical timepiece.
Beautiful 1940s ARCADIA wristwatch in solid 9ct gold case. Needs some attention. TICKS FOR A FEW SECONDS THEN STOPS.
Hand wind movement.Balance swings freely. for a few seconds then stops.
The case fully hallmarked for 9ct gold.
The signed dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds at six. Blued steel hands.
Case diameter is approximately 28mm.The lug width is approximately 18mm (fixed).Please see Condition Report for full condition information.
