Approx. 9.25\" dia. vintage tin litho windup toy train Marked on train itself: \"No. 6 - U.S. Mail - Great Northern - Coach. Marked on base sides: \"HONEYMOON EXPRESS\" with the Made in USA MAR insignia used by MARX. Windup has worked every time I wind it up. Train travels very fast. I\'m unsure what metal lever on building corner side is for. Thought it might have originally been used to hold or stop train, but it doesn\'t seem to affect it one way or another now.Item has some scratches, only minor tiny rust, nice coloring and base.
Please note all photos. Sold as shown. Obtained from local estate sale where it had been stored in a hat box over the years helping to attribute to nice coloring and working order.
