Max E. Bernhart Of New York. The MEB stamp on the bottom is barely visiblebecause the lighter is probably around 90 years old. From what I read on the Toledo page, it is probable that this piece waschromium plated originally and was most likely made in the U.S., although Bernhart also imported some lighters from Austria.This lighter shows every probability that it will light easily. The wheel sparks with ease.
