Vintage metal litho Halloween noise maker. The clacker has two metal discs attached to metal strips that bang on the metal pan. Marked \"US Metal Toy Mfg\" on the front of the handle. In good condition. There are a few spots of paint wear on the front where the disc hits the pan. I see no rust or dents. Litho features owls, bats, black cats, a skeleton, a ghost and a witch stirring her cauldron. Approx. 8\".There\'s an old purple price mark of 10cents on the back.
