Circa 1968 MARX tin lithographed Colonial Doll House in original box...never assembled....It takes a great deal of patience to assemble these old tin doll houses....but what fun. This one looks to have neverbeen put together....maybe someone was waiting for that rainy day....that never came. Original people and furnishings and such. That being said....this is a very neat doll house that is a greatcollectible. The box has some tatters and is a bit dusty for storage. We took it out of the box for pictures. Fun stuff! Still has what appears to be the original paper and wrapping for the pieces. Wow! Feel free to ask questions before offerding.
