Very fine circa 1950-60\'s hard straw sombrero by Gilberto Salazar manufacturing.
Age appropriate vintage wear, including some wear to the bottom, likely the result of brushing against a wall as it hung for display from the chinstrap. Excellent decorative piece, made especially unusual by the intricate embroidered guitar embellishments throughout.
A couple of small frays to the edge ribbon on the bottom, as indicated in images. This does not affect the displaying of the piece.
Approximately 20 inches in diameter and 7 inches tall.
