Description This is such a different sort of serape or blanket- super soft and such bright and vibrant colors. It measures 48 by 53 which includes the fringe on the two ends. At the center, woven into the pattern, is a little man in a sombrero icon and the word Mexico.

This would be a perfect beach blanket as it is thick (not thick and hard like a normal serape) and soft and long enough to keep you out of the sand or as a picnic tablecloth or a picnic on the ground blanket.

I wish it didn\'t have the spots. I did treat them when I washed it and they lightened (one of the spots really was improved) but they are there with no certainty that they will come out. There is a lot of usuable woven fabric left to cut out for use as pillow covers etc. The fabric is so gorgeous and the colors so attractive it would be a shame for this to go to waste just because of two small 1/2\" spots and the candle wax situation I describe above.

I can see this on a dorm room bed- great for a guy who isn\'t too fussy- this will keep him warm and look cool too. Images sell!
