This is Sterling silver bracelet with nice patina and a wonderful design made up of four sections that are hinged together with pins. This has a tribal, pre-colombian type of design that resembles the work of William Spratling with his Vindobonenensis designs.
Marked TAXCO STERLING and according to the marks, this is dated c. 1950.
Un-hinged, this bracelet measures approximately 7\" in length. It is approximately 2\" wide. Weight is approximately 90 grams so it is nice and solid.
There is a safety chain. It can connect to two rings. One of the rings should not be used as I\'m not sure it will hold.
Being a vintage item, there may still be some patina, discoloration, toning, or light scratches due to age. Whether or not you like toning is a personal preference but silver can always use more polishing, if desired.
