Here\'s a great little set of sugar bowl and creamer in the classic marriage-of-metals style of Taxco\'s Victoria. The sugarmeasures about 3 inches across at its widest, 4 5/8 from tip to tip of the handles, and about 3 3/8 inches tall from base to knob. The creamer stands2 3/4 inches tall and measures 3 3/4 inches across from handle to spout. The copper is fairly shiny, but the silver applied figures of the dancing couple are quite dark. Some people prefer this look... or polish everything up bright if you like; they\'re quite handsome either way. A very nice set.
Notes on shipping: Please be aware that Parcel Select and FedEx SmartPost are very slow, so if you opt for these economy rates I hope you won\'t ding me for slow delivery. Once the package is out of my hands I have no control over how long it will take to reach you. Parcel Select is slow enough, but FedEx SmartPost is actually Parcel Select too, just with the added delay of FedEx first delivering the item to a USPS facility, usually near the destination, where it then begins its second journey. It\'ll get there eventually, just not soon. As it happens, quite often the \'economy\' rates offer little or no savings over Priority when the package is light and/or only traveling a relatively short distance. Best to check your options before checking out.
