Here is a GORGEOUS heavy-gauge Sterling Silver Link Bracelet, weighing in at a hefty 89.1 grams on my digital jewelry scale (almost 3 ounces!). Bracelet is comprised of six (6)thick pierced panel links measuring about 1\" long and 1\" widedone in a pre-Columbian or Modernistdesign motif. The curved linksare held together with hinges comprised of three 1/4\" silver balls, making the entire bracelet about 7-5/8\" long. It fastens with a sturdy locking tongue-and-boxcatch and is further secured with a 2-1/2\" safety chain. The catch is simply stamped \"ATI 925 MEXICO\". There is no Eagle stamp or artist\'s hallmark anywhere on this bracelet. However, I have located the identical bracelet on the internet attributed to Manuel Gutierrez, a native Taxco designer and silversmith who uses the hallmark TG-228. Gutierrez once worked for Hector Aguilar, the renowned Taxco designer and businessman who apprenticedunder William Spratling. Their influence is clearly shown in the design and construction of this bracelet.

This is a well-made, substantialbracelet in excellent pre-owned condition. It has been kept in a plastic bag since I purchased it in Florida years ago, and thus has almost no tarnish.
