The lamp is 100% authentic works great and has no dings, dents, chips, cracks or repairs. There is nice natural patina and I did not attempt to polish the lamp at all. Measures approx 26 inches tall. The base measures approx 6 inches round. The switch to turn the lamp on/off is stamped with the Leviton maker mark (see photo 10). Very nice vintage lamp. Comes from a pet free & smoke free Environment. There is some glare in the photos that could not be avoided. Shipping and handling is $19.84 within the Continental United States.
