Excellent quality and design, this circa 1950 piece reflects the post-war influence of classic Asian design on American furniture which was also advanced by a major Asian exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum. The precision of the recessed interlocking circle handles is brilliant, cabinetry is perfecty-crafted, and the clear golden finish remains beautiful. The medium-scaled proportions provides ample storage and display options.
Appx 14\" deep; 58\" wide; and 5\' tall. Some slight superficial signs of wear and age do not substantially diminish the appeal of this well-cared-for BAKER piece.
