Measures:22 \" tall& 13 1/2 \" wide Side to side across the top (planter area)
Condition: Used
No chips, cracks or hairlines
Legs unscrew and will ship that way.
Legs over some of the goldtone woren off.
Made of fiberglass or plastic ????
Color -- white with gold lines all over -- see photo
