This is a vintage triple-cased Murano Italian glass pot-bellied vase with narrow neck and broad ruffled rim. The outer layer is glossy black. The inside is vivid crimson red. There is a fine white line separating the red and black, showing only at the ruffle. This is a hand-blown piece with a polished pontil, as shown.We have not yet seen another vase like this. However, we did find a vintage Murano ashtray and a set of Mod Pod bowls with this triple-cased color treatment. This is a beautiful piece, not to be missed if you\'re a Murano collector.MEASUREMENT: 7 1/2\" tall.CONDITION: Excellent. Fine use scratches on base consistent with age.
