This is a classic, vintage 3-section aluminum tripod, made in Japan by long gone MINETTE CO. Sturdy 3-section aluminum tripod includes adjustable center post and cast aluminum 3-way head with axial- and transverse tilt, and panorama. Leg sections are adjusted with traditional knurled collars. While tripod is used, it has been well maintained. Albeit a collectible item, it still can serve its intended purpose -- as a platform for film- or digital cameras, or camcorders. For its age it is in really good condition, with only the thumb screws to be polished, no dents or to metal component, otherwise next to new appearance.
