Vintage Designer MIRIAM HASKELL Necklace & Bracelet Set
This is a stunningly beautiful vintage necklace and bracelet set by designer Miriam Haskell. The two strand pendant necklace and coil style bracelet are exquisitely fashioned with strands crafted from a beautiful assortment of lustrous faux baroque pearls, glistening translucent pink glass beads and smooth pink poured glass beads. There are shiny gold tone spacer beads in between the lovely pink beads and glossy pearls, some of which are gilt filigree capped. Each of the necklace and bracelet are adorned with the most exquisite centerpieces that are made with an enticing combination of pink swirled art glass cabochons, sparkling clear crystal rose montees, smooth opaque pink poured glass beads, lustrous faux pearls and glittering aurora borealis rhinestones all set in an enchanting gleaming gold tone filigree. The necklacestrands come together at each end with lovely gilt filigree flower accents embellished with faux pearls and pink glass beads. Attached to the filigree flower at one end of the necklaceis a smaller faux pearlfloral clasp that hooks onto the necklace\'s dangling extensionstrand of luminous pink glass beads with a creamy baroque pearl drop.
The necklace measures 18\" end to end (including the extension strand).The pendant alone measures 2\" in lenght. The bracelet is in a comfortable wrap around memory wire style and adjustable for any wrist. Bothpieces of this fabulous set are signed with the designer\'s hallmark- the necklace is marked twice on the hook and the back of the pendant, the bracelet on the back of it\'s centerpiece.
This captivating jewelry is in exceptionally good vintage condition. The pearls, glass beads and rhinestones are all in great shape and the gold tone metal still retains a gorgeous sheen. This is truly one of the finest and most well kept Haskell sets I have come across!
