Offered for sale is a wonderful vintage Monmouth Pottery Western Stoneware Pitcher. The pitcher dates from the 1930’s and features a beautiful brown shiny glaze with embossed decorations of diamonds and a Greek key pattern around the top. The pitcher is in excellent condition. There is a small manufacturing flaw on the handle with a spot of extra glaze and a small glaze pop on the interior These were common in the old Monmouth pottery pieces. It measures just over 5 inches tall and 6 ¾ inches from spout to handle. These early pitchers were produced for holding milk, juice or batter. This is a great addition to your vintage stoneware or pottery collection. Thanks for your offer!
