This is a vintage musical liquor decanter made by Tilso, Japan. It plays \"How Dry I Am\" when wound and picked up. The inside of the decanter is a glass bottle and the outside is clad in brass and leather. A portion of the stopper was a cork and that cork has broken off and is missing. Looks like all you would need is a new cork and it\'s set to go. It measures 11 3/4\" with the stopper in place and 5 1/2\" across with the handle.
