This is an original NOS (new old stock) Hold-All broom or tool holder and its original sales card. This is probably a 1960s or so item and they work excellent for broom handles, utensils, or tools in the kitchen, garage, or shop. The broom is simply pushed onto the spring loaded clamp and it stays in place. Then the broom or tool can be simply pulled away when used. These work great.
