NASAL SURGERY INSTRUMENTS ( 1800\'S TO 1920\'S)
The nasal snare and septum instrument (Ballenger\'s swivel knife) could date from the 1920\'s. TheBallengers swivel knife is used for cutting and removing nasal cartilage. The bladeswivels and cuts based on the direction pressure is placed.
The nasal snare is older, probably from the mid to late 1800\'s. This is a nice little set ready for display.Not for medical use.
