Because we are an ONLINE business only, we do not have the luxury of being able to show you our pieces in person. That is why we place our photography on the highest level of importance. We fully utilize the best lighting, cameras, and photography techniques to ensure that we disclose each and every characteristic about an item that we are selling. We do our job, as sellers, to ensure that our buyers are well-informed and it is just as important that you, as buyers, fully examine all photos prior to offerding to make sure that you take advantage of these measures that we so diligently take.
We pride ourselves on selling authentic items. It is a well-known fact that there are many fraudulent items listed for sale every day on the internet. We will do everything in our power to prevent this from happening to one of our customers.

We have GIA (Gemological Institute of America) alumni on staff who are qualified to identify Diamonds and Colored Stones and if we identify a stone in our listing, we GUARANTEE that it is as such.

We research every item that we sell before listing and, if there is ever a question as to the authenticity of one of our items, please do not hesitate to contact us! We will immediately do whatever we can to remedy any problem with any transaction!

Pertaining to our coin sales:
Grading is subjective. We do not clean or alter coins in any way while in our possession. Some coins may have been clean prior to us owning them but the only proper assessment of a coin will come from a certified third party grading service such as PCGS, NGC, ANACS or ICG.
