He must be the wise old owl you hear about because he just graduated!

And now he wants to help you save for the future!!

He is wearing the black cap and gown and holds a pinkish book in one wing.

He has faux jewel eyes that sparkle like diamonds. There is gold trim on the cap tassel, his beak and along his facial \"feathers\" which are 3-D (for lack of a better way to say it).

No chips or cracks. Original black plug. Please look at the photos.

There is the remains of the Norcrest sticker on the back. The bottom is marked A-615.
