This is a great vintage Normandie military style wrist watch. Has a 17 jewel Swiss mechanical movement. Crystal shows slight wear with some very minor marks around the outside edges(see pics). The original dial shows some wear and age(see pics). The all stainless steel case shows slight wear(see pics). The band is like new(see pics). The watch head is 32mm wide not counting the crown. The watch winds and runs. Bench tested the watch for 24 hours and it kept time within 2 minutes. Great vintage watch to add to your collection or wear and enjoy.

These are used vintage mechanical watches. I do not service them. I buy and test them. So if I say one runs, that\'s what it did for me. I DO NOT GUARANTEE THESE WATCHES. I recommend any vintage watch be serviced if you want it to be reliable.

Vintage watches as a whole are generally smaller than modern watches. A men\'s watch from the 40\'s for example is usually close to the size of modern ladies watches. That is why I list the dimensions of the watch head in the description above. If you are not familiar with the metric system, divide the above numbers by 25.4 and that will be your inch equivalent. Please take a moment to check that measurement and make sure that is a size you will be ok with.
