- This kit was purchased from a yarn shop in California several years ago; contains 9 50gm skeins of Noro Asuka worsted weight yarn, color 35, and 4 skeins of Brown Sheep Nature Spun in 100gm skeins, color Pepper. Having knit a lot, I\'m thinking there\'d be enough of the Brown Sheep skeins to squeak out the medium size, since there\'s one extra skein of the Noro in the kit. Detailed instructions will result in a stunning pullover measuring 42-44\" wide. Needles: US 7 & 8, plus a cable needle for occasional cables in between blocks. (Sweater could be knit without the cables, if desired). Close to $100 invested in this kit.
- We now spend long winters in Florida, so my need to knit warm sweaters is going away. Downsizing lots of treasured fiber studio contents from our non-smoking, no pets home.
