You are offerding on (1) used 12 Volt horn. It was made by North East Electric Company, Rochester, NY. The serial number is 926322. It is a Model X, Type 3715A, and 12 Votls. I do not know if it is an AOOGA horn or not. I hit it wih 12 volts and it starts loud and ends in a vibration. It may need cleaned inside or adjusted or a new diaphragam or ???.The paint is chipped/worn and surface rust is showing in the bare spots. The last photo shows some rust inside the horn part. The assembly measures approx 11 1/2\" long. The front horn part measures approx 3 3/4\" across. The electrical end measures approx 3 1/2\" across. Please verify that this is proper for your application.
