This is a vintage sterling and gold bracelet from the Northwest Coast of British Columbia. This piece is very well carved, it is deep carving on the thick bracelet with gold eyes, I assume they are 14kt or 16kt which is the norm for mixed materials. This is a heavy bracelet that is tapered, it is 1 1/2\" wide at the widest. It weights 47 grams. It is 6 1/4\" around with a 5/8\" gap. It is signed with a BD as shown in the photo. I do not remember the maker, I think this one is Kwakiutl from Alert Bay, I\'m not sure. I\'ve had it for at least 20 years as with most of my bracelets. I am selling several vintage bracelets all on short 5 day sales, all at $1 with so check my other sales and offer early.
