Vintage OTK hand painted china plate made in Japan. Beautiful pearlized lustre with single pink flower in the center. Yellow and gold paint. The plate is approximately 6\" across. I see no cracks, chips or breaks. Overall really nice piece. I am not an expert in this field. Ask questions and I will try to answer to the best of my ability. I only accept Pay Pal payments.
