Leather Wrist Strap with Metal insignias of aSergeant First Class

in theIsraeli Air Force (I.D.F)

NCO’s, like SergeantFirst Class, would wear their respectivebadges of rank on leather wrist bands on the right arm in the summer or on the lower end of the arm sleeves (in winter).

In theAir-Force, this ranks were with a silver color on a black leather strap. Thebadge has 2 screws on the back which are attached to the inner lining of theleather strap.

These ranks were used only by non-commissioned officers from the 1950\'s until the mid 1980\'s when the ranks were changed and replaced to small metal pins on theshoulders.

Condition:
The itemis in good shape showing normal usage wear.
The back side some age wear also.

Thisitem is ideal for any collector of Vintage Military memorabilia or HistoricBadges and Ranks.
