Vintage Old Vinyl 1950\'s EFFANBEE MICKEY DOLL 10\" VGC
Doll is marked : \"MICKEY EFFANBEE\" on the back of his head. I see no other markings on him anywhere else.I would still consider him to be ingoodcondition despite the dirt / spot on chest.
Mickeyis fully (and tightly) jointed at neck, shoulders, and hips. Hisarmsand legsaremade of a sturdy, semi-hard vinyl while his body and head are made of a much softer vinyl.He has molded brown hair.His face is really cute with big blue painted on eyes and a sprinkling of freckles above his nose. He has nicely painted on eyelashes and his eyebrows still havesome of their brown color, although they do show signs of fading. He still hashis rosy cheeks and most of the red color of his lips.He is10 1/2\" tall and weighs about 1/2 pound. He has great detailinglike so many of the dolls from the 50\'s and 60\'s had. Mickey would make an awesome addition to your vintagedoll or Effanbee collection. If you already own a Fluffy why not add her brother to your collection?
He is flat footed so he can stand on his own. There are no fingers or toes that are missing or are chewed on. There are a lot of details on the individual fingers and toes. There are also dimplesonhisknees, anddimples and wrinkles on his hands.He hasgood overall coloring...... a nice fair, peachycolor. It is pretty uniformly even throughout the head, body and limbs.
Mickey does need a thorough cleaning, though, since he has a build up of dirt and grime from his many yearsstorage.His arms and legs have no cuts, gouges, splits, cracks, pen marks, scratches or dings.
