Thereare no markings to identify who made this light.Ituses a 4546 sealed bulb which works fine.It needs 8\"D\" batteries (not included)It does show scuffs and scratches from being used.It seams like it could be afloating light but there is no O Ring around the bulb.It has a rubber push button on off switch which works fine.There is also a shoulder strapattached to the light.
