This is a wonderful vintage original Carol Blanchard oil painting on masonite.Carol is a very reputable American illustrator who is best known for her Folk Artsy Lord and Taylor illustrations and her art has been shown in large museums like the MOMA.The painting is done with a wonderful stylized approach and painted with rich color.It depicts a young lady holding a vine with flowers.The painting is signed on the bottom right.It\'s set in a lovely vintage carved wooden frame.The painting needs restoration as there are areas of paint loss.The frame is in nice condition with normal paint loss from age and measures 26.5 inches by 14.5 inches.THIS IS A GENUINE OIL PANTING AND NOT A PRINT!
