Vintage Ornate CONNELL\'S PATENT Brass Doorbell, April 28, 1874:

CONNELL\'S PATENT DOOR BELL, John P. Connell of Kensington, Connecticut on April 28, 1874


This offering is for an outstanding early ornate cast bronze Victorian door bell complete with back plate (there is no pull). The bell is maker marked (Connell\'s Patent), \"PAT April 28, 1874 \" and the condition is outstanding with a wonderful untouched patina. The diameter of the bell is app. 4 5/8\" and mounting hole distance is 5.25\".


Please note that we have not cleaned the bell and will let the new owners decide to do so or not. The designs on the bell are quite ornate and will fit perfectly with any Victorian decor. The condition is excellent with no bends, breaks, cracks or repairs and the bell displays wonderfully.
