I have had this rooster and hen pair for over 45 years, and they were not new when I bought them. This is the most beautiful set I\'ve ever seen. The colors are vibrant and realistic, much more than the pictures show. They are pristine, no chips, scratches or loss of paint. They are not stamped, but were obviously produced in a high quality pottery. The hen stands 6 3/4\" to top of the comb. She is 41/4\" at widest point. The rooster is 7\" to top of comb, and he\'s 5\" at widest point. The base of both measures 4 1/2\" Their weight is substantial, over 1 3/4 pounds combined. A very handsome couple!
